The ITALCAM team is very happy to share with you the great success of the Eco Olive projects at the Slow Food Fair in Stuttgart, between the 5th and 6th of April 2024!
The spirit of this fair is perfectly in line with the organic method of olive oil production and the high quality of the product promoted and disseminated through our e-learning platform.
Many producers and importers as well as consumers and private individuals from different countries showed great interest! It was a great opportunity to share, learn and promote a more aware food culture. It was a pleasure to answer their questions and to see how the quality of food is linked to the production techniques and to a new philosophy of life, linked to health and wellbeing and respect for the environment, which everyone should be aware of and embrace.
Since 1986, the Slow Food movement has aimed to guarantee access to good, clean, and fair food for all, promoting food education and defending cultural biodiversity, as well as all its associated partners who really appreciate the content of our EcoOlives project!
