We are delighted to share a thrilling update from the heart of the Project “Eco Olives”. From the 14th to the 16th of June 2023, our team had the opportunity to participate in the Training and Cooperation Activity (TCA) titled “Green Erasmus: pathways to sustainable projects and institutions” held in Munich, Germany. Organized by the German National Agency at the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung – BIBB), this event not only met but exceeded all our expectations!
The TCA placed a strong emphasis on fostering partnerships for cooperation in the field of vocational education and training, with a central focus on sustainability. As invited guests, the Eco Olives Lead Partner Italcam had the honour of presenting, among others, the Eco Olives project.
This gathering brought together around 70 passionate professionals from various European countries and diverse backgrounds, all united by their commitment to sustainability. The event served as an inspiring platform for sharing knowledge, experiences, and insights, highlighting the dedication of individuals and organizations striving to make a positive impact on the environment through sustainable projects.
We thank the German National Agency at BIBB for orchestrating this outstanding networking opportunity. The TCA not only provided an exceptional platform for raising awareness about sustainability issues within the Erasmus+ program but also played a pivotal role in fostering stronger European cooperation partnerships. The commitment and enthusiasm displayed by all participants underscored the collective effort required to build a greener and more sustainable future.
Moreover, we would like to express our thanks to the Hardener Bräu team for hosting us once again on the final day of the event. Their warm hospitality and dedication to organic production seamlessly aligned with the overarching theme of sustainability. The venue served as an excellent backdrop for engaging conversations and networking opportunities, setting the stage for exciting collaborations in the future.
Participating in this event has been a privilege for us, allowing us to share our projects with a diverse and passionate audience. The knowledge gained and connections forged during the TCA will undoubtedly shape the trajectory of our initiatives moving forward. Together, through our collaborative endeavours, we can pave the way for a future where sustainable projects and institutions thrive. 🌿💚
